Anita Ramasastry
Anita Ramasastry, a US citizen, is an international business law attorney specializing in responsible business conduct, business and human rights, anti-corruption, law and economic development, and banking and payment systems. She currently serves as director of the Graduate Program in Sustainable International Development at the University of Washington School of Law. She has worked in the public sector and international organizations in the US and Europe. She has been a part of investigations and social activities at the State Department, the UN, and Amnesty International, among others. She has a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and has published several law journals and reviews.
César Leónidas Gamboa Balbín
César Leónidas Gamboa Balbín is a Peruvian citizen and lawyer with a master’s degree in Democracy and Good Governance from the University of Salamanca. He has completed several specializations in Latin American countries and Spain and has been a lecturer at various universities, including Clark University in the USA. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Peruvian non-profit organization Derecho, Ambiente y Recursos Naturales [Law, Environment, and Natural Resources] (DAR). He is currently the executive director of this institution as well as a member of the board of directors of the American NGO Bank Information Center (BIC) as of 2016, a member of the Advisory Council of the Brazilian NGO Fondo Casa de Brasil (2015) and the Socio-Environmental Fund of Peru (2021).
Henrik Linders
Henrik Linders, a Swedish national, has been the managing director for Environment and Sustainability at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development since 2021. He is an environmental engineer with experience in infrastructure development and environmental and social governance. He worked for six years at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). Previously, he was the Head of Environmental and Social Compliance at the Office of the Compliance Advisor Ombudsman (CAO) of the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Linders has also spent ten years working on infrastructure development and construction in the private sector.

Jimena Psathakis
Jimena Psathakis, a citizen of Argentina, is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires and holds a master’s degree in Social Innovation and Solidarity Economy from the University of Salamanca in Spain. She is an independent consultant on participatory processes, conflict mapping, and analysis issues. She also provides advice on the design and implementation of complex negotiations. She has extensive experience working on Human Rights issues and complex mediations at the national level, with the Argentine Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, and internationally, with the United Nations Development Programme’s Democratic Dialogue Project.
Joseph C. Milewski
Joseph C. Milewski, a French-Canadian citizen, worked as Chief of the Environmental and Social Solutions Unit of the IDB’s Vice Presidency for Sectors and has worked in the area of environmental protection at the IDB in Canada and the United States. Milewski has vast experience in Latin American public sector development work, based on his work preparing and supervising operations for multilateral development institutions. He has led policy dialogue with governments regarding the environmental and tourism sectors and coordinated the drafting of environmental policies for multilateral agencies. He has extensive links with NGOs, donors, and the private sector.
Paula Torres Holguín
Paula Torres Holguín, a Colombian citizen, is an attorney with a master's degree from Columbia University in New York. She has worked at some of Colombia's most prominent law firms, specializing in gender issues, international litigation, and Administrative Public Law. She is a professor at various universities, including the Universidad de Los Andes, teaching equality and social inclusion issues. She is the author of several articles and editions on legal and human rights issues.
